Frequently Asked Questions
Is your produce organic?
While we are not certified organic, we do follow methods and principles to ensure your safety and reduce environmental damage. Our market garden is driven by our commitments to sustainable, small-scale agriculture, as well as affordability and accessibility of fresh, nutritious produce.
Where and when can I pick up the produce I order online?
Saturdays: You can pick up your Online Farmers Market orders each week, year-round, on Saturdays at the Langton Green Community Farm in Millersville (10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
Wednesday evenings: We will offer an additional pick-up window at the farm each week on Wednesday evenings (4 – 8 pm.) during our spring and summer growing season.
Besides wonderful fresh produce, what are the perks of your Online Farmer Market?
Family fun! You get to visit Langton Green Community Farm, where we practice therapeutic care farming. You can take a tour and meet our livestock. Our 13-acre care farm is home to walking trails, stunning murals, an outdoor pavilion with picnic tables, therapeutic livestock, like chickens, pigs, and goats, and “pick your own” berries in season (sign up in advance as space is limited).
Check back for updates as we plan to offer a range of family-friendly activities each week during the 2026 spring and summer growing season.
What is a “DIY CSA”?
We want to offer our customers as much flexibility and value as possible! For the 2026 growing season, we are offering a “DIY CSA” in addition to freshly harvested seasonal produce.
Our “DIY CSA” means you decide what produce to order and how much you need. You don’t need to worry about shares or other membership commitments.
Accessing our DIY CSA is simple:
Each week, you can order online, through Click n’ Pick, to choose the produce you want and the quantity you need.
Pick up your produce at the farm on Saturdays (10 a.m.-2 p.m.) and enjoy family fun too. It’s as simple as that.
Pick your produce, and we’ll see you at the farm!
Is the “DIY CSA” open to everyone?
Do you offer any discounts?
What if I can’t pick up my produce order?
If, for any reason, you’re unable to pick up the produce you ordered, please contact us at farminfo@langtongreen to arrange an alternative pickup.
